Meet Joe Callahan, a senior nursing major at Northwestern College, who has served on the summer staff at Coldwater Foundation near Grand Marais, Minnesota. Joe experienced Coldwater for the first time while on a Spring Service Partnership, and he’s been leading expeditions with them ever since.
